Bringing Christmas Magic to Downtown Tekamah

Merry early Christmas!  We are a group of downtown business owners, JAG students, and Tekamah citizens excited to share our project to create Tekamah’s Downtown Christmas Park! We’re raising funds to transform the recently cleared Tiger Bowl log into a magical holiday space that will feature a big Christmas tree (as close as we can get to Rockefeller Center’s Tree), glowing igloos, cozy fire pits, s’mores stations, and more. This group is partnering to create a festive gathering spot where friends, families, and visitors can come together and enjoy the holiday spirit. With your support, we can bring this vision to life, turning Tekamah into a vibrant Christmas destination and providing a space for all to enjoy during the holiday season!

The Vision: What we are creating

Our project aims to add a new holiday experience to downtown Tekamah, enhancing its charm and creating a place for community and visitors to come together. The Downtown Christmas Park will be a beautiful, festive area that adds to Tekamah’s growing reputation as a Christmas destination. From twinkling lights to cozy spaces for gathering, this park will be a key part of our town’s holiday celebration.

Our vision includes:
🎄 A grand Christmas tree (as close as we can get to Rockefeller Center’s iconic tree!)
✨ Glowing igloos for a magical ambiance
🔥 Cozy fire pits and s’mores stations for warmth and fun
🎅 A joyful gathering space to celebrate the holiday spirit

We’re partnering with the community to create a vibrant Christmas destination where friends, families, and visitors can come together and make unforgettable holiday memories.
