Tekamah has been home for me for 28 years now, I was born and raised here and moved away briefly to attend college. After college I lived and worked in Omaha, during which time I meet my husband, Shane. We both wanted to getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city life, so we made the decision to move back to Tekamah in 2014 and haven’t looked back since. We have twin 6-year-olds Libby and Wesley, who keep us busy and on the move with all their activities. In our spare time you will find us at the pool, the park, golf course and hanging out with friends and family.

I have loved watching Tekamah grow into what it is today. The businesses and the members of this community are committed to seeing Tekamah grow and thrive, which is exactly what Tekamah is doing. We couldn’t ask for a better place to raise our family!
